We are still middle of the preproduction and now we have almost the whole album written. I think we are going to start the actual recordings in february 2009. And then the biggest news: P.Saarsalmi is now fulltime member of Sear! We are also going to do few gigs at the start of 2009.

M.Helle Has been busy with building a new studio with S.salmi(Dauntless). More Info coming soon!

Also L.Laaksonen has been very busy with he's daytime job and he has decided not to play any future gigs so P.Saarsalmi(mensura) will be playing session drums for Sear.

Lamentations of Destruction is released and new website is launched

NEW SITE OPENED.
Sear is now composing new songs to the second album. We have already six songs done. We are entering to studio dauntless later this year. The album should be out later this year. 26.01.06
As many of you already knows we parted ways with T.Kuusela and M.Nieminen. The decicion was common. Now, with new members we are able to have rehearsals with the whole band after two years: quite a relief for us. We were looking a singer who doesn't have ten different (known) bands so his "sound" would be unique. The whole band is very satisfied with this change and everything looks and sounds promising. And finally we can do live shows now that Hyytiäinen and Landen are with us. Our own motivation has grown up after this line-up change and we are way more hungrier than before. From this moment on H.Hyytiainen will make all the lyrics. We just recorded a new song "The Execution" and you can download it from: http://koti.mbnet.fi/nazipoli/Sear-The_Execution.mp3 This is a mid-tempo song - we wanted to record something bit different after our debut album. We have now 5 new songs for the up coming second album. The songs are killer and much more darker and more twisted than the old ones! No drastic changes there but leaps forward to more intense, darker, groovier and heavier sound.

Hello! It's been a while since last update. We have had lot's of hasling with servers and lack of time etc. We had few gigs in start of summer and after that we have been composing new songs. We now have 4 new songs almost ready. BTCOS will be released 10.10 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland! For now on we will update these pages more often and we are trying to get an better guest book! Live pictures and other stuff coming soon!
